Dear Jim and Marcela,
We scheduled your team in to clean our long-neglected
condo unit today. We are patting ourselves on the back for making
such a great choice.
Anne and I are very, very pleased with the fine work
that your team did. We are not physically able to do the "tough"
House Cleaning; corners, stove, etc. etc. You did it all. When Anne
walked in and took a tour, she was ecstatic. We are rating you "head
and shoulders" above our other cleaning services. Having been in
your business, on an international scale, I know all the little
idiosyncrasies, complaints, minor gripes, demands, scheduling
issues, and divergent points of view that you must at times
encounter with your clients. No complaints here!
Anne will be calling you soon to set up a schedule.

Customer service nowadays seems to be sorely lacking, but not so
with Marcela's Cleaning Service. I hope that you will pass our
